Swim Course - Bike Course - Run Course Bike Course 112 miles / 3 laps anti-clockwise / 7131ft or 2348meters of climbing in total Feed Stations 3 Feed Stations appox. every 10 miles located under the M61 motorway, Abbey Village and Buckshaw Industrial Estate. Due the lapped nature of the course you will visit each Feed Station more than once. Each Feed Station on the Bike Course will have the following - - Gatorade (Thirst Quencher Orange) Special Needs Locations TBC. Although IRONMAN UK Race Crew try to expedite assisting you in obtaining your Special Needs Bag at the relevant Feed Station, the volume of competitors may require you to stop and find your own Special Needs Bag. We look forward to working with all the afore mentioned authorities to further develop the 2010 courses in the New Year, as some changes are inevitable as our combined planning process continues to develop the 2010 event.
