We have tried to get everyong doing their first choice role but it is not always possible, so therefore you may have been allocated your 2nd or 3rd choice role.

It can take a few days for your name to appear on the list, so please keep checking back, if after 10 working days after you submitted your application your name does still not appear on the list, then please drop us an email to make sure you weren't forgotten!

If for any reason your plans change and you are no longer able to fulfil your duties then please contact the race office and let us know, so that we can allocate your duties to another Volunteer. Or if you would like to sign up for more duties!!
