IRONMAN UK is pleased to announce that there will be two race course Familiarisation Days at Wimbleball Lake for 2010. 

Each course will take place over a single day and will provide all those attending the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the course, experience those hills, understand the race day schedule and UKIM 70.3 Village layout - and ask as many questions as you wish! 

Understandably the prospect of Race Day can be very daunting to many Competitors, and an opportunity look at the course and talk to the Race Organisers face-to-face will help allay many competitor fears - and harness you with the correct info - straight from the horses mouth!It will also provide you with a socialble opportunity to meet other people in the same boat and find out that you are not the only one who struggles to get out of bed on Sunday morning for a bike session! 

Familiarisation Camp 1 Sunday 25th April 2010 - ***FULL***

07:00 - Arrive at the Lake

07:30 - 1 lap of the swim course, with full water safety support team.

10:00 - 1 lap of the bike course. There will be a full support vehicle provided. Groups will be seeded according to ability so no one gets left behind. Each group will be led by a IRONMAN UK or TriLife.com Personnell.

13:00 - Lunch Break*

14:00 - UK IRONMAN 70.3 Q&A session - get to grill the organisers.

15:00 - The TriLife.com Seminar

16:00 - 1 lap of the run course.
