Swim Course - Bike Course - Run Course

Swim: 1.2 miles / 1.9km / 1 lap

The swim couse is one lap, anticlockwise, starting 20m from the shore. There will be a mass start, starting at appox 07:00am.

Water will be available at the swim exit, along with a table for spectacles, inhalers etc.

From the exit of the swim (your swim time is recorded here) to transition, it is approximately 400 mts. Do not discard any items in this lane. The lane up to transition is mainly grass, but there will be matting where appropriate.

Swimming is forbidden in Wimbleball Lake at any time. This will be in breach of the UK IRONMAN 70.3's contract with South West Lakes Trust. Any person found swimming in the Lake outside Official UK IRONMAN 70.3 Swim sessions will be disqualified from all furture IRONMAN UK Events.
